The Fudan Fuzhong Overseas Foundation would like to thank the generous donation from friends and alumni of the school.
On September 1, friends and alumni gathered in the New York City once again for an exciting night of dinner and poker tournament. Over fifty people came to show their support, and the event served as a great opportunity for participants to meet with new friends and catch up with old ones. At the end of the day, Alvin Wang took home the first prize. Rounding out the top finishers were Jiayi Chen, George Chen, Chenjie Yuan, and Chengjie Shen. Meanwhile the players decided to donate fifty percent of the proceeds to the foundation, with a few of them making additional donation, totaling more than $2,000.
