Position: Analyst, to be based in NYC

Experience: We are looking for a recent college graduate with 2-3 years of real estate
experience (undergraduate class of 2011 or 2012) who can join the team and hit the
ground running in our NYC office for a flexible immediate start.

· Able to work independently across a wide variety of work streams
simultaneously
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Demonstrated research, analytical, and quantitative excel skills; Argus helpful
· Critical thinker that can find solutions to new problems
· Finance experience helpful, must have demonstrated interest in the nuances
of the real estate investment business
· Solid presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well with
senior executives both internally and at our investment partners
